Days Until — Deadline & Event Countdown Tracker

🎯

How It Works

Days Until is a countdown board for the dates you're racing toward. Add a countdown with a name, a date and an optional time, pick an icon and a color, and it joins your board — sorted so the nearest deadline is always on top, every card ticking live down to the second. Use it as an exam countdown through finals season, a deadline tracker for work, a birthday countdown, a vacation countdown, a wedding countdown or a retirement clock — one board for all of it. Everything runs in your browser: no account, no sign-up, and your dates never leave this device.

Can I track multiple countdowns at once?

Yes — that's the whole point. Add as many named countdowns as you like and they all live on one board, sorted nearest-first, each ticking live. The board is the answer to "what am I racing toward right now?"

Is my data saved? Do I need an account?

No account, ever. Your countdowns are saved in this browser's local storage, so they're still here when you come back — but they live on this device only and nothing is uploaded anywhere.

How do I share a countdown with someone?

Every card has a share button that copies a link with that countdown's name, date, color and icon baked in. Anyone who opens it sees your live ticking countdown and can save it to their own board or make their own — no sign-up on either side.

What does pinning a countdown do?

Pinning marks one countdown as your current focus — the deadline you're actively racing. Your pinned countdown can then show on your TomatoTimers timer pages, so it stays visible while you work.

What's the difference between this and a calendar?

A calendar tells you when things are; a countdown tells you what you're racing toward. Watching "12 days, 4 hours" tick down makes a deadline feel real in a way a calendar grid never does — and when it arrives, the card celebrates with you.
