Stack phases, name them, loop them — no templates, yours only. Saved in this browser.
This is a true custom timer — not a preset with settings, but a timer you assemble from scratch. Add phases: each phase is one stretch of time with any name and any length in minutes or seconds (“Deep work 50”, “Walk 10”, “Email 15”). Stack & arrange: build the whole sequence of your session, then drag the rows into the order you want. Loop if you like: flip the loop toggle and the whole sequence repeats forever — perfect for interval rounds or a repeating study rhythm. Coaches use it as a custom interval timer and custom workout timer (warm-up, work, rest, repeat), teachers as a classroom timer, and students as a custom study timer with breaks placed exactly where they want them. A Pomodoro rhythm is just three phases — Focus 25, Short break 5, Long break 15 — build it, loop it, tweak it. If you'd rather let your energy decide when breaks happen, the Flowtime Technique page counts up instead of down. Everything runs in your browser: your phases, task list and daily stats never leave this device.
Press Edit My Timer (it opens automatically on your first visit), add phases with a name and length each, drag them into order, toggle loop if you want the sequence to repeat, then Save & Start. Your timer is stored in this browser.
Yes — keep a different named timer for every occasion: one for workouts, one for deep work, one for your classroom. Use the My timers picker above the timer to switch between them, + New to build another, and the 🗑 button to delete one you no longer need. Every saved timer can also be shared with its own link.
Yes — intervals are just short phases. Stack Warm up, Work, Rest and loop the sequence for as many rounds as you need; the progress bar tracks the current phase.
Yes — build Focus 25, Short break 5, Long break 15 and loop it, or experiment with 50/10, 90/20 or any rhythm. For count-up flow timing, use the Flowtime Technique page.
Your phases, toggles, tasks and stats live in your browser's local storage — no account, no uploads. Once loaded, the page keeps running without a connection.
Yes — the 🔗 share button copies a link with your exact phases, loop, bar and extend settings baked in. Anyone who opens it gets your timer on their screen: they can press play as-is, or tweak it and save their own version. Great for coaches, teachers and workout buddies. No accounts or uploads involved.
Space — play / pause · → — skip to the next phase · Esc — close the builder.
